Educational qualifications:
- M.Tech candidates: The candidates applying for this post should have done M.Tech or MS or ME or M.Sc (Engineering) or IDD (Integrated Dual Degree) in the required discipline, having acquired at least 65 percent marks or equivalent CGPA.
- PhD candidates: The candidates applying for this post should have done Ph.D in the required discipline, having acquired at least 65 percent marks.
Age limit:
- M.Tech: The candidates applying for this post should not have exceeded the age limit of 28 years.
- PhD Candidates: The candidates applying for this post should not have exceeded the age limit of 35 years.
