Tata Memorial Centre is conducting a walk-in interview on May 13

The Tata Memorial Centre has notified that it is conducting a walk-in interview for the recruitment of senior research fellows (SRFs). The vacancies are available under a project in Translational Research Laboratory Area of Research, titled 'DNA damage repair and cancer'. The interested and eligible candidates may appear for the interview to be held in Mumbai.

Eligibility criteria:
Educational qualification:

• Senior research fellow (post no. 1): The candidates should have an M.Sc in Life Sciences from a recognised university.
• Senior research fellow (post no. 2): The candidates should have an M.Sc in Life Sciences from a recognised university.

Experience:

• Senior research fellow (post no. 1): The candidates should have a minimum experience of two years in research. The candidates must have experience in molecular biology techniques including tissue culture.
• Senior research fellow (post no. 2): The candidates must have a minimum experience of two years in research. They should have extensive experience in immune-histochemistry. The candidates with experience in molecular biology will be given preference.
• Pay Scale: The post of senior research fellow is entitled to a consolidated salary of Rs 18,200 per month.
• Application procedure: The interested and eligible candidates may appear for the walk-in interview. The interview will be held at 334, third floor, Paymaster Shodhika, ACTREC (Mumbai). The candidates are required to carry their CV, original and attested copies for their certificates and a recent passport size photograph.
