Eligibility criteria: 
Educational qualification: 

1. Consortium Manager: The candidate must have a qualification of MBBS or M.Sc in Life Sciences with two years experience in Quality Control.
2. Administrative Coordinator: The Candidate must have a Graduate degree and a minimum of 10 years of administrative experience in Government/ research/Academic/Corporate Sectors.
3. Laboratory Technician: The candidate must have a degree of B.Sc in Microbiology/Medical Microbiology/Biotechnology/Biochemistry with DMLT
4. Technical Officer: The candidate must have a degree of M.Sc Microbiology/Medical Microbiology/Biotechnology/Life Sciences
5. Lab Technician: The candidate must have a degree of B.Sc in Microbiology/Medical Microbiology/Biotechnology/Biochemistry with DMLT
6. Junior Research Fellow: The candidate must have a degree of M.Sc First class in Biochemistry/Biotechnology/Microbiology/Life Sciences
7. Research Assistant Counsellor: The candidate must have a Post graduate degree in Sociology/Psychology/Anthropology/Health Sciences/MSW with a minimum of one year experience
8. Research Assistant-Lab: The candidate must have a degree of M.Sc First class in Virology/Microbiology/Medical Microbiology/Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/Life sciences/Health Sciences & allied subjects/M.Tech
9. Research Scientist-I (Medical): The candidate must have a qualification of M.B.B.S
10. Research Assistant: The candidate must have a degree of M.Sc First class in Virology /Microbiology/Medical Microbiology/Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Life Sciences/Health Sciences & allied subjects.

Pay scale:  

1. Consortium Manager: Rs 45,954 and house rental allowance 
2. Administrative Coordinator: Rs 43,470 and house rental allowance 
3. Laboratory Technician: Rs 16,560 
4. Technical Officer: Rs 25,000 
5. Lab Technician: Rs 15,000
6. Junior Research Fellow: Rs 19,200
7. Research Assistant Counsellor: Rs 22,120
8. Research Assistant-Lab: Rs 22,120
9. Research Scientist-I (Medical): Rs 44,200 and NPA
10. Research Assistant Rs 27000
