Educational qualifications:

1. Block Level MIS Coordinator: The candidates applying for this post should have BCA or equivalent degree/B.Sc in Computer Science with DOEACC (NIELIT) "A" level from a recognised institution or university with one year experience in relevant field.
2. Block Data Entry Operator: The candidates applying for this post should passed higher secondary/Class 12, having acquired at least 50 per cent marks as a regular student and must have completed certificate for computer training covering MS Office. They should also have a computer typing speed of 30 words per minute in English and Bengali and have knowledge of Windows 98/XP, MS Office, Package, Page Maker, Bengali software.

Age limit:

1. Block Level MIS Coordinator: The candidates applying for this post should be in the age group of 21 and 35 years.
2. Block Data Entry Operator: The candidates applying for this post should be in the age group of 21 and 35 years.

Pay Scale

1. Block Level MIS Coordinator: Rs 15,000
2. Block Data Entry Operator: Rs 11,000
