Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has notified recruitment to 200 posts in Telecom Operations and Telecom Finance. It has invited applications from Indian nationals for management roles. The interested and eligible candidates may apply according to the given format.

- Management Trainee (Telecom Operations): 150
- Management Trainee (Telecom Finance): 50
Eligibility criteria:
- Management Trainee (Telecom Operations): The candidates should have any of these degrees- B.E, B.Tech or any equivalent engineering degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, IT, Computers or Electrical. The candidates should have a score of minimum 60 percent (55 percent for SC and ST categories) in their qualifying degree.
- Management Trainee (Telecom Finance): The candidates should have any of these qualifications- CA, CS or ICWA.
- Age limit: The candidates should not be more than 30 years of age as on August 1, 2015.
- Pay scale: The selected candidates will receive a salary in the pay band of Rs 24,900 to Rs 50,500.
- Selection procedure: The candidates will be selected on the basis of a written examination, a group discussion and a personal interview.
- Application procedure: The interested and eligible candidates can apply online at the official website of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), www.bsnl.co.in.
- Application fee: The candidates under the General and OBC categories have to pay a fee of Rs 1,500. Those belonging to the SC, ST and PwD categories are required to pay a fee of Rs 750. The payment has to be made through the online mode.
