Delhi University notifies recruitment: Apply by May 22

The Delhi University has notified recruitment for the post of Junior Assistant. The candidate will be appointed purely on a contractual basis for a duration of six months. The interested and eligible candidates may apply according to the prescribed format.

Vacancy details:

1. Total number of posts: 1
2. Name of the post: Junior assistant
3. Eligibility criteria: The candidates should have completed their graduation from any recognised university or institution. The candidates who have knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Tally and Office will be given preference.
4. Pay scale: The selected candidate will receive a consolidated salary of Rs 15,800 per month.

Selection procedure:

• The candidates will be selected through a three-step process:
• The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their applications
• The shortlisted candidates will be required to appear for a written test
• Those who clear the written test will be eligible for the interview round
• The candidates who clear all three stages will be considered for selection

1. Application procedure: The interested and eligible candidates should download the application form and fill the form on the computer. They should take a printout of the duly filled form and send it along with the application fee to 'The Manager, DUCIC-TBI (MSME), Cluster Innovation Centre, 3rd Floor, University Stadium, G.C. Narang Road, University of Delhi North Campus, Delhi 110007'.
2. Application fee: The candidates are required to pay an application fee of Rs 100. The payment should be made through a Demand Draft drawn in favour of the 'Programme Coordinator, Cluster Innovation Centre'. This Demand Draft should be sent with the application form.

Important dates:

• The last date for receipt of applications by DU is May 22 by 5 pm
• The list of shortlisted candidates will be released on May 29
• The results of the written examination will be released on June 5
• The list of candidates who clear the interview round will be released on June 12
