The Indian Army has advertised an employment notification for the recruitment of Law Graduates posts. Applications are invited from married/unmarried men and unmarried women for filling up SSC Law Graduate officer posts for grant of Short Service Commission in the Indian Army for Judge Advocate General Dept Entry Scheme 14th Course April 2015.

Pay Scale:
The selected lot would get a stipend of Rs 21000 per month. After the completion of the training, the pay scale would be Rs 15600 with grade pay of Rs 5400.
Eligibility Criteria
Age:
The age of the applicant should be minimum 21 years and maximum 27 years. Relaxation in age would be provided as per the current government norms.
Educational  Qualification:
Candidates must possess the qualification of LLB Degree (three-year professional after graduation or five years after Class XII examination) with minimum of 55 per cent aggregate marks and must be eligible for registration with Bar Council of India/state.
Selection Procedure:
The candidates would be selected on the basis of psychological aptitude test, SSB Interview, documents verification and medical test.

Application Fee:
For General/OBC candidates, the application fee is Rs 500 and for all other candidates (PH/ST/SC) the application fee is  nil.

  • The starting date for submission of application form is August 19, 2014.
