Central Institute of Agricultural Engineering (CIAE), Bhopal announces recruitment notification for various posts

The Central Institute of Agricultural Engineering (CIAE), Bhopal has invited applications for recruitment from eligible and interested candidates for its various vacant posts on temporary basis. Central Institute of Agricultural Engineering was established on February 15, 1976 during the Fifth Five Year Plan to address research issues related to Agricultural Engineering. Initially, research and development work related to farm machinery, post harvest technology and energy in agriculture, were taken up. Keeping with functional utility, the divisions at the institute were reorganised and two additional divisions namely Agro Industrial Extension and Instrumentation were created during the VII plan. The divisions were further reorganised and an additional division of Irrigation and Drainage Engineering was created.

Pay Scale:

1. For Post I & II- Rs 15600 to Rs 39100 with grade pay of Rs 5400 per month.
2. For Post III to VI - Rs 5200 to Rs 20200 with grade pay of Rs 2800 per month.
3. For Post VII to X - Rs 5200 to Rs 20200 with grade pay of Rs 2000 per month.
4. For Post XI - Rs 9300 to Rs 34800 with grade pay of Rs 4600 per month.
5. For Post XII - Rs 5200 to Rs 20200 with grade pay of Rs 1900 per month.

Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit:

• Refer to the official notification for post-wise age limitation.

Educational Qualification:

• Candidates must possess a master's / bachelor's degree in concerned subject with relevant experience / Class XII pass or equivalent qualification with proficiency in computer at a minimum speed of 35 w.p.m in English / 30 w.p.m in Hindi.

Selection Procedure:

• Candidates will be selected on the basis of a trade test, a written test and a personal interview.
