Karnataka State Fire and Emergency Services (KSFES) has invited applications for recruitment to 1,772 posts. Interested candidates can apply by April 5.

Eligibility criteria:

• Qualifications:Candidates applying for these posts should have qualified SSLC exam. Also, they should have valid driving license or certificate in automobile trade.
• Age limit:Candidates applying for either of the posts should age between 18 and 26 years as on March 26,2015. For candidates belonging to reserved category, age relaxation is applicable.
• Pay scale:Rs 11,600 - 21,000 per month.
• Selection Process:The candidates will be short listed on the basis of their performances in the written exam, skill test and personal interview.
• Application Process:In order to apply, candidates should visit the official website and check details.
• Application fee:The candidates are required to pay an application fee of Rs 250 (2A, 2B, 3A, 3B and GM category). Those belonging to SC/ST category should pay Rs 100. The candidates are required to make the payment through challan in State Bank of Mysore (DBM)/State Bank of Hyderabad (SBH).
