Eligibility criteria:

• Educational qualifications:Candidates applying for this post should possess a matriculation certificate from a recognised Board. Also, they should have a certificate course from state fire training centre. Besides, the candidtes should have a valid driving license for heavy vehicles.
• Experience:Candidates having post qualification experience will be preferred. 
• Selection Process: Candidates will be short listed on the basis of their performances in the Physical Endurance Test (PET) to be followed by an interview.

Pay scale:

• Leading fireman-A driver-cum-pump operator-cum-fireman-A: Rs 5,200 to Rs 20,200 plus Grade Pay of Rs 2,400 per month.
• Driver-cum-pump operator-cum-fireman-A: Rs 5,200 to Rs 20,200 plus Grade Pay of Rs 2,000 per month.
