Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode recruits for CFO and Manager posts

Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Kozhikode has invited applications for the recruitment of a Chief Financial Officer and Manager for the Kochi campus. Last date for online application is May 20, 2014 and the last date for receipt of hard copy of application is May 23, 2014.

Chief Financial Officer (CFO): 1 post

• Salary: Pay Scale Pay Band 4 of Rs 37,400 - 67,000 + Grade Pay of Rs 8,900
• Eligibility: Age of the candidate should be below 48 years. Candidate should be a qualified CA or have an MBA degree in Finance with 20 years of relevant experience with a minimum service of two years in PB - 4 with Grade Pay Rs 8,700 or equivalent pay and relevant service or five years in PB -3, Rs 15,600 - 39,100 with Grade Pay of 7,600 or equivalent pay and relevant service.

Manager - Kochi Campus: 1 post

• Salary: Pay Scale Pay Band 3 of Rs 15,600 - 39,100 + Grade Pay of Rs 5,400
• Eligibility: Age of the candidate should be below 45 years. Candidate should have completed Graduation with 15 years relevant post qualification administrative experience with a minimum service of three years in Pay Band 2 with Grade Pay of Rs 4,600 or equivalent relevant service and pay 

OR 

• have a Post Graduate degree/diploma in Management/MBA/PGDM with 12 years relevant post qualification administrative experience with a minimum service of three years in Pay Band 2 with Grade Pay of Rs 4,600 or equivalent relevant service and pay 

OR

• Post Graduate in Management/MBA/PGDM with five years relevant post qualification administrative experience of providing administrative support in a Business School with a minimum service of two years in Pay Band 3 with Grade Pay of Rs 5,400 or equivalent relevant service and pay.

Selection 

• Eligible candidates will be selected for the post on the basis of performance in an interview. Only short listed candidates will be called for the interview. .
