HPSC hiring for 255 posts 2014

Haryana Public Service Commission (HPSC) has invited applications for recruitment to 255 vacant posts. Interested and eligible candidates are supposed to apply for the posts before May 27, 2014.

Medical Officer HCMS Class-II in ESI Health care Department: 88 posts

• Pay: Scale of Pay: Rs. 9300-34800 + Grade pay 5400/- + NPA
• Age: 22 to 40 years (as on October 1, 2013)

Project Officer, Class-II (Group-B) in Renewable Energy Department: Four posts

• Pay:  Rs. 9300-34800+Rs. 4600/- GP
• Age: 20 to 40 years (as on April 1, 2014)

Horticulture Development Officer (Class-II) in Horticulture Department: 28 posts

• Pay:  Rs. 9300-34800+Rs. 3600 Grade Pay
• Age: 17 to 40 years (as on May 27, 2014)

Senior Scientific Officer (Explosive) Group-B in Forensic Science Laboratory: One post

• Pay:  Rs. 9300-34800 + Rs. 5400/- Grade Pay

Senior Scientific Officer (Cyber Forensic) Group-B in Forensic Science Laboratory: One post

Assistant Director Cyber Forensic (Group-'A') in Forensic Science Laboratory: One post

• Pay:  Rs. 15600- 39100+Rs. 6000/- Grade Pay

Sr. Medical Officer HCMS Class-I in ESI Healthcare Department: Nine posts

• Pay:  Rs. 15600-39100 + GP 6000 + NPA
• Age: 32 to 45 years (as on January 1, 2014)

Veterinary Surgeon (HVS-II) in Animal Husbandry & Dairying Department: 123 posts

• Pay:  Rs. 9300-34800 PB-II 5400/- (Entry Level Pay Band) with an initial pay of Rs. 14,800/- + 5400/- G.P
• Age: 22 to 40 years (as on July 1, 2013)

Total vacancies: 255 posts 

Eligibility criteria:

Medical Officer HCMS Class-II:

• The candidate should have completed his or her graduation in Medicine and Surgery from a recognised university or an equivalent degree of from a university or institution recognised by the Medical Council of India.
• The candidate must be registered with Haryana or Punjab Medical Council or with any other duly constituted Medical Council in India.
• He or she should have studied Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric Standard.

Project Officer, Class-II (Group-B):

• The candidate should possess a Masters Degree in Physics/ Chemistry/ Mathematics/ Operational Research with at least 60 per cent marks or equivalent degree;

OR

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/ Chemical/ Computer/Agricultural Engineering or equivalent degree with at least 60 per cent marks.
• The candidate should have studied Hindi/ Sanskrit upto Matric Standard.
• The candidate must have two years experience in Planning, Development and implementation of renewable energy programmes related to Rural Sector Development.

Horticulture Development Officer (Class-II):

• The candidate should possess a degree in B.Sc. Agri. (Hons.) with Horticulture as one of the subjects or B.Sc. Horticulture, from any recognised university; and
• The candidate should have knowledge of Hindi/ Sanskrit upto Matric Standard.

Senior Scientific Officer (Explosive) Group-B:

• The candidate should have completed his or her M.Sc. (at least 1st Division) in Chemistry/Analytical Chemistry/Forensic Science with specialization in Chemistry.
• The candidate should possess at least three years research and analytical experience in any of the above subjects.
• The candidate should have studied Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric standard or Higher Education.

Senior Scientific Officer (Cyber Forensic) Group-B:

• The candidate should have done M.Sc. Computer Science/Master in Computer Application (MCA) with 1st Division from a recognised university.

Or

• He or she must be a bachelor in Engineering (Computer Science) with 1st Division from a recognised university.
• The candidate should have three years experience in Cyber Forensic in a recognized institute.
• The candidate should have studied Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric standard or Higher Education.

Assistant Director Cyber Forensic (Group-'A'):

• The candidate should have completed M.Sc. (Computer Science)/ Master in Computer Application (MCA) with 1st Division from a recognised university.

Or

• The candidate should have done his or her Bachelor in Engineering (Computer Science) with 1st Division from a recognised university.
• The candidate should have eight years experience in Cyber Forensic from a recognised institution.
• The candidate should have studied Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric standard or Higher Education.

Sr. Medical Officer HCMS Class-I:

The candidate should possess a Postgraduate M.D Degree or M.S degree from a recognised university/Institution.

• The candidate should be registered as Medical Practitioner with the Haryana State Medical Council or any other council in Indian Union.
• The candidates should have five years standing in Medical Profession and Hospital experience after acquiring the requisite qualifications or 10 years experience as Medical Officer under any State or
• The candidate should have studied Knowledge of Hindi upto Matric Standard.

Veterinary Surgeon (HVS-II):

• The candidate should have completed Bachelor of Veterinary Sciences & Animal Husbandry from a recognised university or institute.
• The candidate should possess adequate knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit.
• The candidate should be registered as Veterinary Practitioner with Haryana Veterinary Council or with any Veterinary Council in India or Indian Veterinary Council as required by Indian Veterinary Council Act, 1984.
