Centre for Advanced Financial Research and Learning (CAFRAL) promoted by Reserve Bank of India (RBI) invites applications for the post of Research Associates on Contract Basis (For Two Years).
Selected candidates will be offered a two-year contract with the possibility for renewal. They will work with CAFRAL researchers and research visitors on projects to bring out policy and papers targeted for publication at quality finance and economics journals. The researchers will assist in putting together the data resources and assist with the relevant analytical, statistical, and econometric tools necessary to execute the research projects.
CAFRAL is a research institution set up by the Reserve Bank of India with focus on the areas of banking and finance.  CAFRAL facilitates collaborative research in financial institutions, financial markets, behavioral finance, corporate finance, household finance and related areas of macro-finance such as monetary economics or international finance.

Remuneration:
  • Rs 6.00 lakh per annum CTC plus performance bonus

Educational Qualifications: 
  • Applicants should have a four-year university degree or a 3-year degree plus an extra year of post-graduate studies. Candidates from all fields but require mathematical or analytical ability such as that in acquired in engineering, computer or data sciences or in quantitative economics and social sciences. Programming skills or the ability to acquire them are necessary.
