Educational qualifications:
- For the post of Manager (various disciplines): The candidates applying for this post are required to possess a first class degree in Civil Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Computer Applications/ Information Technology/ Electronics/ Telecommunication from a recognised University or the candidates should have a first class post graduate degree in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Computer Applications/ Information Technology/ Electronics/ Telecommunication from a recognised University. Also, the candidates should have a minimum of six years of post qualification work experience.
- For the post of Deputy Manager: The candidates applying for this post are required to possess a first class post graduate degree with a specialisation in Finance/ Economics/ Commerce/ Business Administration (Finance). Also, the candidates are required to hold a minimum of five years of post qualification experience in Securities Markets/ Financial Markets domain. The candidates with specialised subject knowledge in relevant domains will be preferred.
- For the post of Assistant Manager: The candidates applying for this post are required to possess a first class post graduate degree in MBA (HR) or MHRM. Or the candidates are required to have a post graduate diploma in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management. The candidates are required to have a minimum of four years of post qualification experience n handling various HR and industrial relations related matters.
Age limit:
- For the post of Manager: The candidates applying for this post should not age more than 40 years.
- For the post of Deputy Manager: The candidates applying for this post should not age more than 40 years.
- For the post of Assistant Manager: The candidates applying for this post should not age more than 35 years.
