SAIL to recruit Operator-cum-technician trainee and Attendant-cum-Technician trainee

Online applications are invited by the Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) for the post of trainee.

Vacancies

• Operator-cum-Technician, Trainee - 25 posts
• Attendant-cum-Technician, Trainee - 45 posts

EligibilityOperator-cum-Technician, Trainee - 

• Candidates should have passed Class 10 with 3-year (full time) Diploma in Engineering (in 
• Mechanical/Metallurgy/Electrical/instrumentation/Chemical) from a recognised government institute. 

Attendant-cum-Technician, Trainee - 

• Candidates should have passed senior secondary with ITI pass (full time) from a recognised government institute. (in relevant trades - Welder/Turner/Fitter/ lectrician/Motor vehicle mechanic).

Salary

• Operator-cum-Technician, Trainee - In the pay scale of Rs 15830 - 3 per cent - 22150
• Attendant-cum-Technician, Trainee - In the pay scale of Rs 16800 - 3 per cent - 24110

• An application fee of Rs 250 has to be paid by General/OBS candidates applying for Operator-cum-Technician, Trainee.
• An application fee of Rs 150 has to be paid by General/OBS candidates applying for Attendant-cum-Technician, Trainee.
