Air India Air Engineering Services Limited invited applications for Aircraft Maintenance Engineer post

Air India Air Engineering Services Limited (AIESL) has invited applications from Indian nationals for the post of Aircraft Maintenance Engineer at Mumbai on a fixed term contract for a period of six months. Interested and eligible candidates may appear for the walk in interview on March 12.

Eligibility criteria as on March 31: 
Educational qualification:

• For A.M.E (A&C)
• Candidate must have current license (A&C) on A-320 family aircraft fitted with CFM56-5B and V2500 Al/A5 engines. The candidate should have undergone refresher within the preceding 24 months. Also the candidate should have logged six months experience in the last two years, out of which three months must be in preceding 12 months.
• For A.M.E (AV)
• The candidate must have current license (AV) on A-320 family aircraft fitted with CFM56-5B and V2500 A1/A5 engines. The candidate should have undergone refresher within the preceding 24 months date should have logged six months experience in the last two years, out of which three months must be in preceding 12 months.

Other requirements:
Pre-employment Medical Test

• Candidates are required to produce a medical fitness certificate from a registered medical practitioner who atleast has an M.B.B.S. degree
• Shortlisted candidates will be inducted as per vacancies subject to being found fit in the Pre-Employment Medical Examination.

Age Limit:

• General - Not above 60 years 
• O.B.C. - Not above 63 years 
• SC/ST - Not above 65 years 
• (Relaxation in age for Ex-Servicemen as per Government Guidelines)

Pay scale:

• All inclusive monthly remuneration: Rs 1.3 lakhs per month

How to apply:

• Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria are required to Walk-in to the venue along with an application fee of Rs 1000 by means of an A/c Payee Demand Draft in favour of "Air India Engineering Services Limited" payable at Delhi, which is not refundable. 
• Candidates please note that no fee is required to be paid by Ex Servicemen/applicants belonging to SC/ST communities.
