Border Security Force is recruiting for 70 vacant posts 2014

Directorate General, Border Security Force (BSF), New Delhi has invited job applications for recruitment to the post of Group 'A' Officers in BSF's Air wing on Deputation/Absorption / re-employment basis. Interested and eligible candidates are required to send their applications before May 2, 2015.

• Caption/ Pilot (Deputy General Inspector): Eight posts
• Senior Operations Officer (Deputy General Inspector): One post
• Commandant (Pilot): 14 posts
• Second-in-Command (Pilot): Five posts
• Deputy Commandant (Pilot): Eight posts
• Chief Engineer (DIG): One post
• Deputy Chief Engineer (Commandant): Six posts
• Senior Aircraft Maintenance Engineer: 14 posts
• Junior Aircraft Maintenance Engineer: Seven posts
• Equipment Officer Senior Provisioning Officer: Two posts
• Logistics (Deputy Commandant): Two posts
• Assistant Commandant (Logistics): Two posts

Eligibility criterion:

Selection procedure:

• The candidates will be selected for the advertised posts on the basis of written examination (for testing the aptitude of the candidates), PST, short-hand test, typing test, verification of documents and medical examination.

Application fee:

• The candidates have to pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs 50/- (only for Gen/ OBC candidates) through a crossed Demand Draft/ Indian Postal Order drawn in favour of  'The Inspector General' or DIG/Comdt to whom the application is addressed, payable at respective SBI/ post office.
