IBPS recruits for 2 posts of Research Associate 2014

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS), Mumbai has invited applications for recruitment to the post of Research Associate on contractual basis. The selected candidates will be initially recruited for a period of two years which can be extended on the basis of their performance.

Vacancy details:

Research Associate:  2 posts

• Eligibility criteria: The candidates should possess a Postgraduate Degree in Psychology/Education or Management with specialization in HR and secured minimum 55 per cent marks from recognized universities/institutes.
• It is preferable if the candidate has one year experience in the academic area.
• Age limit: The age of the candidate should be between 23 years to 30 years as on June 1, 2014.
• Selection procedure: Applicants will be selected for recruitment on the basis of their performance in Written Test/Trade Test/Practical/ Skill Test/ Interviews, which might be conducted by the administration.
