South Eastern Central Railway invites applications for 8 posts

Scouts and Guides candidates can apply against 8 posts announced by the South Eastern Central Railway.

Vacancies

1. For posts in Grade Pay of Rs 1900/Rs 2000 - 2 posts
2. For posts in Grade Pay of Rs 1800 - 6 posts (2 posts each in Bilaspur - BSP - division, Raipur division and Nagpur - NGP - division of SECR)

Eligibility 

For posts in Grade Pay of Rs 1900/Rs 2000 

• Candidates must have passed Class 10 standard with minimum 50 per cent marks in aggregate. The minimum marks criteria does not apply to SC/ST candidates and those who hold qualification higher than matriculation such as HSC/intermediate/graduation/postgraduate, or
• Candidate acts as apprentice/ITI as approved by SCVT/ NCVT. A diploma in engineering will be considered as another option of qualification.
• The minimum age for the applying candidate should be 18 years and a maximum of 30 years.

For posts in Grade Pay of Rs 1800 

• Candidates should be minimum of Class 10 pass to ITI equivalent.
• The minimum age for candidates should be 18 years and a maximum of 33 years.

1. Selection: Candidates will be selected on the basis of tests conducted by the recruitment committee. This will include written test, Scouts and Guides qualifications, Personality test/Interview and Medical Examination.
