IIM Rohtak recruits for 6 non-faculty positions

The Indian Institute of Management, Rohtak, has invited applications for the recruitment to six non-faculty positions of Financial Advisor and Chief Accounts Officer, Senior Administrative Officer, Systems Administrator, Accounts Officer and Office Assistant/ Junior Superintendent. Vacancies

Financial Advisor and Chief Accounts Officer: 1 post

• Salary: Pay Scale Pay band of Rs 15,600 - 39,100 and Grade pay of Rs 6,600 per month
• Eligibiltiy: Age of the candidate should be above 35 years and below 50 years. Candidate should have a B.Com degree with CA/ICWS/Cost Accounting qualification or equivalent.
• Experience: The candidate should have minimum 7 years of post-qualification officer level experience in finance and accounts department.

Senior Administrative Officer: 1 post

• Salary: Pay Scale Pay band of Rs 15,600 - 39,100 and Grade pay of Rs 6,600 per month
• Eligibiltiy: Age of the candidate should be above 40 years and below 50 years. Candidate should have a Post-Graduate Degree or Diploma in Personnel Management/Public Administration.
• Experience: The candidate should have minimum 10 years of post-qualification administrative experience.

Systems Administrator: 1 post

• Salary: Pay Scale Pay band of Rs 15,600 - 39,100 and Grade pay of Rs 6,600 per month
• Eligibiltiy: Age of the candidate should be above 35 years and below 45 years. Candidate should have a B.E./B.Tech or equivalent in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering with specialisation in computers or other equivalent specialisations or MCA or M.Sc. in Computer science.
• Experience: The candidate should have minimum 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience in maintaining and supporting IT equipment including servers, LAN, Internet and Intranet for at least 100 users

Accounts Officer: 1 post

• Salary: Remuneration Rs 37,000 per month (consolidated)
• Eligibiltiy: Age of the candidate should be above 35 years and the candidate should have a M.Com and B.Com degree.
• Experience: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience in Finance and Accounts.

Office Assistant/Junior Superintendent: 2 posts

• Salary: Pay Scale Pay band of Rs 9,300 - 34,800 and Grade pay of Rs 4,200 per month
• Eligibiltiy: Age of the candidate should be below 35 years and the candidate should have a Post Graduate degree or Diploma in any discipline.
• Experience: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience in a similar position/profile.

Selection

• Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in a written test and an interview.
