NHPC Limited Recruitment of General Manager Thermal

NHPC (National Hydroelectric Power Corporation) Limited, Faridabad, Public Sector Enterprise of Government of India has invited applications for the recruitment to the post of General Manager Thermal. Candidates selected will be on an initial probation period for one year. Last date for online application is April 14, 2014 and the hard copy of the online form is to be submitted by April 21, 2014.

Salary 

1. Pay Scale E8 of Rs 51,300 - 3 per cent - 73,000 (IDA)

Eligibility 

1. Age of the candidate should be below 53 years. Candidate should have a completed B.E./ B. Tech./ B.Sc. in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering.

Experience 

1. Candidate should have post qualification experience of 23 years in PSUs/ Central/ State Government Utilities, of which 13 years should be in Coal based Thermal Power Sector and 3 years should be in the E7 level of pay scale of Rs 51,300 - 3 per cent - 73,000 (IDA). Candidate should have an association of at least 5 years in the field of Engineering/ Construction/ Erection/ Testing and Commissioning/ Operation and Maintenance of Thermal Projects/ Plants of at least 200 MW.

Selection

1. Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in the interview.

5. The pay-in- slip receipt number is to be entered in the online form to complete the application procedure.
