Office of District Judge (ODJ) recruitment 2014 : Notification out for 145 posts

The office of the District Court, Khurda has invited applications for various posts of junior clerk and copyist, junior typist, stenographer grade-III, driver and group D staff. Candidates may apply through prescribed format before August 8, 2014.

• Junior Clerk and Copyist - 46 posts
• Junior Typist - 14 posts
• Stenographer G-III - 11 posts
• Salaried Amin - 1 post
• Driver - 4 posts
• Group D - 69 posts

Eligibilty Criteria

Education Qualification :

For Jr. Clerk and Copyist/Jr. Typist, Stenographer G-III 

•   Must have passed Class XII or equivalent examination under Section 3 of Orissa Higher Secondary Education.
•   Must hold a diploma in computer application from a recognised institute.
•   Fluent in reading, writing and speaking Oriya.
•   Must possess minimum 40 words per minute type-writing skill and 80 words in shorthand (For the post of Stenographer G-III).
•   Age limit is 18 to 32 years.

For Salaried Amin post

•    Must have passed matriculation and revenue inspector training.
•    Age limit is 18 to 32 years.

For Driver post

•    Must have passed class 8 from a recognised institute.
•    Must possess a three-year driving experience.
•    Age limit is 18 to 32 years.

For Group D post

• Must have passed class 8 from a recognised institute.
• Good hold over English and Oriya .
• Age limit is 18 to 32 years.

1. Selection procedure: Written test, skills test and interview
2. How to Apply: A separate application for each post should be submitted with all the required documents furnishing for the form -A (except Group D prescribed in form -B) by the candidates.
3. Application fee: Rs 100 only by treasury challan. SC/ST candidates are exempted from paying the fee.
