Eligibility criteria:

Educational qualification:

1. Chief General Manager: The candidates applying for this post shoul be graduates in Civil Engineering.
2. General Manager (Civil): The candidates should be graduates in Civil Engineering.
3. General Manager (HR): The candidates should possess an MBA or PGDBA with HR.
4. General Manager (PPP): The candidates should be graduates in Civil Engineering.
5. Project Manager: The candidates should be graduates in Civil Engineering.
6. Senior Resident Engineer: The candidates should be graduates in Civil Engineering.
7. Resident Engineer: The candidates should be graduates in Civil Engineering.
8. Accounts officer: The candidates should have completed B.Com with MBA in Finance or they should have done their PGDBA in Finance or they should have done MBA.

Age limit:

• Chief General Manager (Planning & Monitoring): The candidates applying for this post should not be more than 57 years.
• General Manager (Civil): The candidates should not  be more than 50 years of age.
• General Manager (HR): The candidates should not be more than 50 years of age.
• General Manager (PPP): The candidates should not be more than 50 years of age.
• Project Manager: The candidates should not be more than 40 years of age.
• Senior Resident Engineer: The candidates should not be more than 40 years of age.
• Resident Engineer: The candidates should not be more than 40 years.
• Accounts Officer: The candidates should not be more than 40 years.

Pay Scale:

• Chief General Manager (Planning & Monitoring): Rs 37, 400-67, 000 + GP Rs 10, 000
• General Manager (Civil): Rs 37, 400-67, 000 + GP Rs 8, 900
• General Manager (HR): Rs 37, 400-67, 000 + GP Rs 8, 900
• General Manager (PPP): Rs 37, 400-67, 000 + GP Rs 8, 900
• Project Manager: Rs 15, 600-39, 100 + GP Rs 7, 600
• Senior Resident Engineer: Rs 15, 600-39, 100 + GP Rs 6, 600
• Resident Engineer: Rs 15, 600-39, 100 + GP Rs 5, 400
• Accounts Officer: Rs 15, 600-39, 100 + GP Rs 5, 400

Selection process:

• The candidates will be selected on the basis of their performances in the interview.
