Eligibility criteria:

Educational qualification:

1. Statistical officer: Candidates need to possess a postgraduate degree in Statistics or Mathematics/Commercial Economics with statistics.
2. Field officer/ Technical Asst.: Candidates applying for this post should be graduates in BSc Agriculture.
3. Statistical assistant: Candidates should possess a graduate degree in Statistics or Mathematics/Commercial Economics with statistics.
4. Lower Division Clerk (LDC): Candidates should have completed Class 12. They should have passed lower grade examination English typewriting at 30 words per minute conducted by Technical Board.
5. Field assistant: Candidates applying for this post should have completed Class 12.
6. Stenographer (Grade - II): Candidates applying for this post should be graduates in BSc Agriculture. They should have passed lower grade examination English typewriting at 40 words per minute conducted by Technical Board.
7. Computer operator (Grade 'B'): Candidates should be graduates in BSc Agriculture. 
8. Driver (ordinary grade): Candidates applying for this post should have completed Class 10. Also, they should possess a valid driving license.

Age limit:

1. Statistical officer: Candidates should be between 18 and 35 years of age.     
2. Field officer/ Technical Asst.: Candidates should be between 18 and 30 years of age.     
3. Statistical assistant: Candidates should be between 18 and 30 years of age.     
4. Lower Division Clerk (LDC): Candidates should be between 18 and 30 years of age.     
5. Field assistant: Candidates should be between 18 and 30 years of age.
6. Stenographer (Grade - II): Candidates should be between 18 and 30 years of age.

Pay Scale:

1. Statistical officer: Pay Band (PB - 3) and pay scale of Rs 15, 600 to Rs 39, 100 plus grade pay of Rs 5, 400 per month.
2. Field officer/ Technical Asst.: Pay Band (PB - 2) and pay scale of Rs 9, 300 to Rs 34, 800 plus grade pay of Rs 4, 200 per month.
3. Statistical assistant: Pay Band (PB - 2) and pay scale of Rs 9, 300 to Rs 34, 800 plus grade pay of Rs 4, 200 per month.
4. Lower Division Clerk (LDC): Pay Band (PB - 1) and pay scale of Rs 5, 200 to Rs 20, 200 plus grade pay of Rs 1, 900 per month.
5. Field assistant: Pay Band (PB - 1) and pay scale of Rs 5, 200 to Rs 20, 200 plus grade pay of Rs 1, 900 per month.
6. Stenographer (Grade - II): Pay Band (PB - 2) and pay scale of Rs 9, 300 to Rs 34, 800 plus grade pay of Rs 4, 200 per month.

They are required to send the attested, required documents/testimonials along. Besides, the candidates should affix a recent passport size photograph, duly attested by gazette officer, on the application form.
• Application fee: Candidates are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs 500 in the form of crossed Demand Draft drawn in favour of "Secretary, Tobacco Board", payable at Guntur.
