The Bombay High Court has invited applications for recruitment at 17 'District Judge' posts. The interested and eligible candidates can apply latest by July 21.

Eligibility criteria:
- The candidate must be a citizen of India
- The candidate should be a holder of degree in Law
- The candidate should have practised as an advocate in the high court for not less than seven years
- The candidate should be between 35 and 48 years.
Selection process:
- The candidates will be selected on the basis of their performances in the preliminary exam, main exam and viva voice.

- In order to apply, the candidates are required to log in to the official website of the high court.
Application fees:
- The candidates are required to submit the application fees in the form of demand draft payable at Bombay in favour of "Assistant Registrar, for Registrar General, High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay" so as to reach the office of the "Registrar General, High Court, Fort, Mumbai - 400032".
- An application fee of Rs 1, 000 is to be submitted. In case, the candidates belong to SC/ST category, a sum of Rs 500 is to be paid as application fee.
On selection:
- The selected candidates will have to execute a bond in the sum of Rs 2, 00, 000 to work in the post for a period of three years.
