Syndicate Bank recruiting for six managerial posts

Syndicate Bank, Bangalore, has invited applications for recruitment to the post of Deputy General Manager, Assistant General Manager and Chief Manager, for a period of one year.  Interested and eligible candidates are required to apply for the same before July 5, 2014.

1. Dy. General Manager (Risk Management): 1 post
2. Dy. General Manager (Chief Economist): 1 post
3. Dy. General Manager (Training): 1 post
4. Asst. General Manager (Information Technology): 1 post
5. Asst. General Manager (Law): 1 post
6. Chief Manager (Corporate Communication): 1 post

Eligibility criteria:

1. Dy. General Manager (Risk Management): The candidate should be a Postgraduate in Mathematics/ Statistics/ any or C A, ICWAI or be an Engineering Graduate with FRM or PG/ Diploma course in risk management.
2. Dy. General Manager (Chief Economist): The candidate should hold a Doctorate or PG degree in Economics and MBA Finance, CAIIB is desired.
3. Dy. General Manager (Training): The candidate should have done an MBA or Ph.D in any area in Human Resource (HR).
4. Asst. General Manager (Information Technology): The candidate should have done BE / B.Techor CISA, CISM, CISSP, Project Management Certification, MBA-IT/ Systems as additional qualifications, will be given preference.
5. Asst. General Manager (Law): The candidate should be a Postgraduate or Graduate in Law. If the candidate is qualified as a Company Secretary it would be an added advantage.
6. Chief Manager (Corporate Communication): The candidate should hold a degree in Mass Communication/ Journalism from a recognised university. Candidates with an MBA qualification will be preferred.
7. Selection procedure:

• The candidates will be selected for the advertised post on the basis of their experience, qualification and performance in the interview.
