NABARD recruitment for 10 programme executives in UP 2014

National Programme Coordinator (NPC) of the Women's Empowerment and Livelihoods programme in Mid-Gangetic Plains has invited applications for the recruitment to 10 posts of Program Executives.

The Empowerment and Livelihoods Priyadarshini programme is funded by NABARD (National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development). Selected candidates will be hired for the Uttar Pradesh locations of Rae Bareli, Bahraich, Shravasti and Sultanpur. Last date for application is June 14, 2014.

Vacancies

1. Program Executive (Finance): 2 posts

• Salary: Rs 25,000 per month (consolidated)
• Eligibility: Age of the candidate should be above 28 years and below 40 years. The candidate should have a Master's Degree in Commerce or MBA (Finance). Those candidates with proficiency in Computers will be given preference.
• Experience: Candidate should have minimum 3-5 years of work experience in accounting.

2. Program Executive (Community Development): 1 post

• Salary: Rs 25,000 per month (consolidated)
• Eligibility: Age of the candidate should be above 28 years and below 40 years. The candidate should have a Master's Degree in Agriculture/ Management/ Social Service. Those candidates with proficiency in Computers will be given preference.
• Experience: Candidate should have minimum 3-5 years of work experience in SHG mobilisation and community development.

3. Program Executive (Convergence): 1 post

• Salary: Rs 25,000 per month (consolidated)
• Eligibility: Age of the candidate should be above 28 years and below 40 years. The candidate should have a Masters Degree in Agriculture/ Management/ Social Service. Those candidates with proficiency in Computers will be given preference.
• Experience: Candidate should have minimum 3-5 years of work experience in implementation of rural development/ poverty alleviation/ livelihoods development projects at the grassroots level.

4. Program Executive (Planning, MIS, Monitoring & Evaluation): 3 posts

• Salary: Rs 25,000 per month (consolidated)
• Eligibility: Age of the candidate should be above 28 years and below 40 years. The candidate should have a Master's Degree in Agriculture/ Management/ Social Service. Those candidates with proficiency in Computers will be given preference.
• Experience: Candidate should have minimum 3-5 years of work experience in implementation of rural development/ poverty alleviation/ livelihoods development projects at the grassroots level.

5. Program Executive (Enterprise Development): 1 post

• Salary: Rs 25,000 per month (consolidated)
• Eligibility: Age of the candidate should be above 28 years and below 40 years. The candidate should have a Master's Degree in Agriculture/ Management/ Social Service. Those candidates with proficiency in Computers will be given preference.
• Experience: Candidate should have minimum 3-5 years of work experience in implementing enterprise promotion activities.

6. Project Attendant: 2 posts

• Salary: Rs 9,000 per month (consolidated)
• Eligibility: Age of the candidate should be above 28 years and below 40 years. The candidate should have passed Matric (or equivalent) and have basic knowledge about computer applications.

Selection

• Eligible candidates will be selected for the posts on the basis of performance in an interview.
