WAPCOS recruits for 40 posts of Civil and Electrical Engineer Trainees

Water and Power Consultancy Services (WAPCOS) under the Ministry of Water Resources has invited applications for the recruitment of 30 Civil Engineer Trainees and 10 Electrical Engineer Trainees. Last date for application is June 10, 2014.

Vacancies

Civil Engineer Trainee: 30 posts

• Salary: Pay Scale Rs 16,400 - 40,500 (IDA), HRA, IDA plus perks up to Rs 5,000
• Eligibility: Age of the candidate should be below 27 years. The candidate should have a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering/Technology with minimum 65 per cent aggregate marks. The aggregate marks should include all the semesters of the course.

Electrical Engineer Trainee: 10 posts

• Salary: Pay Scale Rs 16,400 - 40,500 (IDA), HRA, IDA plus perks up to Rs 5,000
• Eligibility: Age of the candidate should be below 27 years. The candidate should have a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering/Technology with minimum 65 per cent aggregate marks. The aggregate marks should include all the semesters of the course.

Selection

• Eligible candidates will be selected for the posts on the basis of performance in a written test, group discussion and personal interview.
