The National Council for Cement and Building Materials (NCB), Haryana has invited applications for various posts namely GM, Staff Driver, Dy Manager, DEO, Assistant and more. The candidates may apply within 21 days from the date of publication of the advertisement in the Employment News.

Eligibility Criteria :

• Posts 1 & 2: Candidates should be B. Tech (Civil Engg./Chemical/ Mechanical Engg.) from a recognised university. Ph.D / M. Tech (CivilEngg./ Chemical/ Mechanical Engg.) from UGC recognised university/institution (for post 1 & 2 as per disciplines).   
• Posts 1 & 2: Candidates should have M. Tech or Ph.D (Inorganic/Physical Chemistry/Material science) or M. Sc. (Inorganic/Physical Chemistry/ Material science) from UGC recognised university/institution (for post 1 & 2 as per disciplines).
• Post 3: Candidates should be Graduate in Arts/Science/Commerce from UGC recognised university/institution. Preference will be given to candidates with Diploma in Materials Management.
• Posts 4 and 5: Candidates should be graduate with One-year Diploma or Certificate in Computer Application from a recognised university.
• Posts 6 & 7: Matriculation (Class X) from a recognised board/university 
• Age of the candidates for all the posts should not exceed 30 years (for post 2) and 45 years (for rest of all posts) as on January 1, 2014

Pay Scale    

• Pay Band (PB - 4) and Pay Scale of Rs. 37,400/- to Rs. 67,000/- plus Grade Pay of Rs. 8,700/- Per Month.     OR
• Pay Band (PB - 3) and Pay Scale of Rs. 15,600/- to Rs. 39,100/- plus Grade Pay of Rs. 7,600/- Per Month. (for post 1) and Grade Pay of Rs. 5,400/- Per Month. (for post 2).
• Pay Band (PB - 3) and Pay Scale of Rs. 5,200/- to Rs. 20,200/- plus Grade Pay of Rs. 2,000/- Per Month. (for post 3, 4 & 5) and Grade Pay of Rs. 1,900/- Per Month. (for post 6) and Grade Pay of Rs. 1,800/- Per Month. (for post 7).

Selection Procedure:

• The short-listed candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in Written Test/Trade Test/Skill Test/Practical Test/ Interview, which might be conducted by the administration.
