Tamil Nadu Newsprint and Papers recruitment for 40 executive vacancies

Tamil Nadu Newsprint and Papers Limited (TNPL) has invited applications for the recruitment to 40 executive vacancies. Selected candidates will be hired for the TNPL Mills in Kagithapuram, Karur District, for its Multilayer Double Coated Board Plant to be established in Trichy District,  and for its Corporate Office at Chennai. Last date for application is June 12, 2014.

Vacancies: 40 posts
 
(A) Paper Mill / De-Inking Plant  
1. Senior Manager (Soda Recovery) for Causticising Plant: 1 post

• Salary: Pay Scale Rs 30,500 -1,000 - 40,500
• Eligibility: The age of the candidate should be above 39 years. The candidate should have a BE/ B.Tech degree in Chemical Engineering/ Chemical Technology/ Pulp and Paper Technology OR Arts/ Science Degree with PG Diploma in Pulp and Paper Technology.
• Experience: Candidate should have minimum 17 years of post qualification relevant experience.

2. Manager (HR): 1 post

• Salary: Pay Scale Rs 28,000 - 800 - 36,000
• Eligibility: The age of the candidate should be above 37 years. The candidate should have a Arts/ Science/ Engineering Degree and MA (Social Work) with specialization in Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations/ Labour Welfare/ HRM OR Arts/ Science/ Engineering Degree and MBA with specialization in HR.  
• Experience: Candidate should have minimum 15 years of post qualification relevant experience.

3. Deputy Manager (Soda Recovery): 2 posts

• Salary: Pay Scale Rs 23,500 - 600 - 29,500
• Eligibility: The age of the candidate should be above 34 years. The candidate should have a
• BE/ B.Tech degree in Chemical Engineering/ Chemical Technology/ Pulp and Paper Technology OR Arts/ Science Degree with PG Diploma in Pulp and Paper Technology.
• Experience: Candidate should have minimum 12 years of post qualification relevant experience.

4.  Deputy Manager (De-Inking Plant)/ Assistant Manager (De-Inking Plant): 1 post

• Salary: Pay Scale Rs 23,500 - 600 - 29,500
• Eligibility: The age of the candidate should be above 34 years. The candidate should have a BE/ B.Tech degree in Chemical Engineering/ Chemical Technology/ Pulp and Paper Technology OR Arts/ Science Degree with PG Diploma in Pulp and Paper Technology.  
• Experience: Candidate should have minimum 12 years of post qualification relevant experience.

5. Deputy Manager (Paper Machine)/ Assistant Manager (Paper Machine): 3 posts

6.  Deputy Manager (Pulp)/ Assistant Manager (Pulp): 3 posts

7. Assistant Manager (Projects)-Chemical: 1 post

• Salary: Pay Scale Rs 19,500 - 500 - 24,500  
• Eligibility: The age of the candidate should be above 29 years. The candidate should have a BE/ B.Tech degree in Chemical Engineering/ Chemical Technology/ Pulp and Paper Technology OR Arts/ Science Degree with PG Diploma in Pulp and Paper Technology.  
• Experience: Candidate should have minimum 7 years of post qualification relevant experience.

8. Officer (Purchase) / Officer (Stores): 4 posts

• Salary: Pay Scale Rs 16,000 - 400 - 20,000
• Eligibility: The age of the candidate should be below 30 years. The candidate should have an Engineering Degree with Post Graduate Diploma in Materials Management OR MBA OR Degree in Arts/ Science/ Commerce with Post Graduate Diploma in Materials Management OR Degree in Arts/ Science/ Commerce with MBA.
• Experience: Candidate should have minimum 5 years of post qualification relevant experience.

(B). Unit-II (Multilayer Double Coated Board Plant)
1. Assistant General Manager (Utilities): 1 post

• Salary: Pay Scale Rs 35,500 - 1,200 - 47,500
• Eligibility: The age of the candidate should be below 43 years. The candidate should have a BE/ B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering and BOE Certificate (with due endorsement of Director of Boilers, Tamilnadu for those obtained in other States).
• Experience: Candidate should have minimum 21 years of post qualification relevant experience.

2. Manager (Production): 1 post  

• Salary: Pay Scale Rs 28,000 - 800 - 36,000
• Eligibility: The age of the candidate should be above 37 years. The candidate should have a BE/ B.Tech in Chemical Engineering/ Chemical Technology/ Pulp & Paper Technology OR Arts/ Science Degree with Post Graduate Diploma in Pulp and Paper Technology.  
• Experience: Candidate should have minimum 15 years of post qualification relevant experience.

3.  Deputy Manager (Production): 1 post

• Salary: Pay Scale Rs 23,500 - 600 - 29,500
• Eligibility: The age of the candidate should be above 34 years. The candidate should have a BE/ B.Tech degree in Chemical Engineering/ Chemical Technology/ Pulp and Paper Technology OR Arts/ Science Degree with Post Graduate Diploma in Pulp and Paper Technology.
• Experience: Candidate should have minimum 12 years of post qualification relevant experience.

4. Deputy Manager (Electrical)/ Assistant Manager (Electrical): 4 posts

• Salary: Pay Scale Rs 23,500 - 600 - 29,500
• Eligibility: The age of the candidate should be above 34 years. The candidate should have a BE/ B.Tech degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
• Experience: Candidate should have minimum 12 years of post qualification relevant experience.

5. Deputy Manager (Mechanical): 14 posts (9 for Paper Mill & 5 for Unit-II)

• Salary: Pay Scale Rs 23,500 - 600 - 29,500
• Eligibility: The age of the candidate should be above 34 years. The candidate should have a BE/ B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: Candidate should have minimum 12 years of post qualification relevant experience.

6. Assistant Manager (Security): 2 posts

• Salary: Pay Scale Rs 19,500 - 500 - 24,500  
• Eligibility: The age of the candidate should be above 29 years. The candidate should have be an Ex-servicemen having completed Graduation and served in the rank of Junior Commissioned Officers OR Ex-servicemen having completed Matriculation who have put in not less than 15 years of military service and who are considered equal to Graduates for Group-C posts.
• Experience: Candidate should have minimum 7 years of post military relevant experience.

(C). Corporate Office, Chennai
1. Officer (Secretarial): 1 post

• Salary: Pay Scale Rs 16,000 - 400 - 20,000
• Eligibility: The age of the candidate should be below 30 years. The candidate should have completed graduation and be an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
• Experience: Candidate should have minimum 5 years of post qualification relevant experience.
